- 300 DPI double-sided scanning in .JPG format of as many photos as you can fit in the box (over 1000 3x5 photos) -- 300 DPI is suitable for reprinting photos at the same size as the originals
- 10 megapixel imaging in .JPG format of any slides that you include in the box -- suitable for standard and enlarged prints
- Color conversion to .PDF format for all documents
- Capture to DVD in up to 2 hour increments of all video tapes submitted -- video tapes can be VHS, Compact VHS, Super VHS, 8mm*, Hi8, Digital 8, MiniDV, or DVCam (*8mm video TAPE from the 1980s and 90s, not 8mm or Super8 FILM)
- Transfer to DVD of all files submitted on digital cards -- including, but not limited to flash drive, compact flash, SD card, xD card, Memory Stick

Shoebox 911 is not a restoration service, so defects or special finishes used on the original photo can affect the digitized image.
While we make every attempt to ensure that your photos are scanned at the highest quality possible, factors such as original photo quality and finish (matte vs. glossy) can affect the scan quality.
Slides and video tapes can also degrade over time, even just by sitting on a shelf in a closet, so the resulting DVD represents our best efforts to give you the best looking result possible.
