We know that it's crazy to ask you to mail all your precious memories to us. They could get lost, damaged or destroyed anywhere along the way! That's why we offer a $1000 unconditional guarantee that your photos, slides, documents, and videos will be shipped to and from our facility without any problems.

Our pledge to you is simple: if you use our packaging and follow our packing guidelines (included in the shipping box that we provide to you), we will give you $1000 if your package is lost, damaged, or destroyed while in transit. All that we ask is that if you encounter any damage upon receiving your Shoebox 911 package, you must contact us at claims@shoebox911.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide photo proof of the damage.

Please note that while we can process fragile photos, they must be shipped separately and are not covered by this guarantee. Please contact us at sales@shoebox911.com for special handling procedures.

After your memories are digitally preserved, you can rest assured that if disaster should strike, we will be able to recover your digital scans from at least one of our 2 disaster-safe locations. If we can't provide a copy of your digital files, we pay you $5000!

This guarantee is in effect for all disasters except acts of war as long as you maintain your DVD storage contract with us! Please contact us at recovery@shoebox911.com should you ever need to request an additional copy of your documents. The current DVD copy rate posted on our site, plus a standard USPS Priority Mail shipping rate will apply to all recovered DVDs.
