Receive a shipping box via USPS Priority Mail in 2-3 days. Pack your photos, slides, documents and videos according to the instructions included in the box. Tape the box with the tape that we include in the box. Place the label on the box and drop off at your local post office or have your postal carrier pick it up!

We receive your package, which you can confirm with USPS Delivery Confirmation. Then, we carefully unpack your memories and scan them using only professional Kodak scanners and cameras and Sony video equipment. We monitor the process as your package contents are being preserved to ensure that they are being digitally copied at the highest quality and are oriented in the correct position. Your digital scans are then saved to 3 separate DVDs.

2 DVDs are stored in our off-site disaster-safe locations for the term of your agreement. 1 DVD is sent to you along with all of your original photos, slides, documents, and video tapes via USPS Priority Mail. We will email you with the USPS Delivery Confirmation number as the package leaves our facility! The package will arrive in 2-3 days.
